IGS North America provides leadership in education and research regarding the appropriate and widespread use of geosynthetics in infrastructure and sustainability. As a chapter of the International Geosynthetics Society (IGS), IGS North America serves members and develops activities in the United States and Canada.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP: USD $100 / YEAR

Members participate in the development of major events, such as GeoAmericas 2024 (the 5th Pan-American Conference on Geosynthetics), which IGS North America will host in April 2024 in Toronto.

Benefactor

BUSINESS - CHAPTER BENEFACTOR: USD $500 / YEAR

  • Presence.Chapter Benefactor members can add three (3) employees to represent them in the chapter. They enjoy all of the benefits of Individual Members.
  • Commitment to Education.By supporting IGS North America at a higher monetary level, Chapter Benefactors support scholarship endeavors, such as IGS North America's partnership with ASTM International Committee D35 on Geosynthetics and the Geosynthetic Institute.
  • Contribution.Participate in non-commercial, non-proprietary engineering educational outreach to public and private entities, such as the Educate the Educators program and regulatory agency technical exchange.
  • Networking.Your chapter member representatives can interact with other field professionals through events and volunteer opportunities. Gain special members-only technical committees and discussion forum opportunities with the IGS.
  • Marketing and Promotion.IGS North America will recognize your benefactor membership in its monthly e-newsletter, on the chapter website, and in social media support.

Student Membership Is Free!
